Founded by Tylena and her wife Angela, Craving Lisa’s was inspired by Lisa—Tylena’s mom—whose warmth, generosity, and love for feeding people live on through everything we do. This food truck is more than a business; it’s a way to honor her spirit and bring people together around food made with intention.


We’re a 100% vegan food truck, rooted in bold flavors, familiar favorites, and elevated comfort food that even non-vegans crave. Our menu is designed to feel indulgent without compromise—plant-based, satisfying, and made with care.


At our core, Craving Lisa’s is also about animal compassion and conscious living. We believe food is one of the most powerful ways to stand up for animals and reduce harm—without sacrificing flavor or joy. Our activism lives on the plate, showing that eating with integrity can still feel nostalgic, indulgent, and exciting.

Meet The Owners

Craving Lisa’s is owned and operated by Tylena and Angela, whose story began long before the food truck ever existed.


They first met at eleven years old, went their separate ways, and later found their way back to each other—reconnecting in a way that felt both unexpected and deeply familiar. They’ve been together since 2017 and married in 2022, building a life rooted in compassion, growth, and shared values.


Tylena has always expressed love through cooking. Craving Lisa’s is inspired by her mom, Lisa, who passed on Christmas, and whose warmth, generosity, and spirit continue to guide everything created here. This truck is a living tribute—one that carries her love forward through food made with intention.


Angela’s path is rooted in energy healing and spiritual work, bringing presence, care, and purpose into the heart of the business. While their passions take different forms, their paths meet in a shared commitment to animal rights, compassion, and conscious living.


Both originally from Colorado, Tylena and Angela honor their roots through a menu inspired by the places and flavors they love—reflected in the names of their dishes and the comfort-forward style of the food itself.


Along for the ride is their dog, Niko, a daily reminder of why compassion matters and a beloved part of the Craving Lisa’s family.
